ERP-Link has added the ability to conduct online analytical
processing (OLAP) on the fly to its
iNet.BI software, which is a universal
provider of SAP data for all Microsoft BI tools. Powerful business intelligence
is now available to more people, when they want it and how they want it.
Furthermore, this capability makes the use of a data warehouse optional.
In its service pack (SP) 2 release of the iNet.BI software,
ERP-Link adds the ability to conduct OLAP in three modes (relational,
multidimensional, and hybrid). For the first time, iNet.BI enables SAP data to
be provisioned, directly and on demand, without data duplication to Microsoft
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and within the Microsoft Unified Dimensional
Model (UDM).
